I assure you that therapy for frozen shoulder (s-u-c-k-s). Somehow I thought if I spelled it out, it would be like whispering it! the shoulder joint has many, many nerve endings, and it is probably the most painful joint to rehab! I wish you were closer too. Ask if you can take something like Ibuprofen or Advil or whichever is an antiinflammatory before you go. Sometimes that just takes the edge off. I usually don't recommend full out pain meds before PT, because we need to have an accurate gauge of where to stop. SOunds like your PT needs hers very accurate, huh?! Good luck with it!
