Regrouping

Life has gotten the better of me and the Depression Monster is alive and well so I'm in my cave for a bit where it's safe and no one will hurt me. Wanted to leave you with some of my favorites:

I'd beg you to come out of your cave and play with me but don't know if you get CAVE CRANKY when interrupted. So instead, I will sit right here, outside the cave door, sending SAD PUPPY DOG glances your way.

You won't be able to resist for long. I'm that good!

Hallie :)

Oh Nessie,

I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling so blue. I understand how feeling crummy most of the time can get the best of you, I really do. Being chronically ill forces us to fight a constant battle and sometimes that battle just gets too hard.

Take the time you need to lick your wounds, but please remember, like Hallie so eloquently put it, that we will be waiting right outside your cave door for you to come out and play. We love you, Ness, so please check in even if you don't feel like writing.

Big healing hugs,
Debbie

And please be good to yourself during this difficult time. Let those you love, take care of themselves, and just focus on taking care of you for a bit. You are so important to so many.

Hugs,
Deb

Ness,

Hope you are feeling better very soon. Sometimes everyone needs to retreat to their cave, but don't stay in there too long.

Sending you hugs, love and prayers from Atlanta, Ness. Take all the time you need, but please know that you are not alone. We are here. In whatever way you need us. Take care of yourself and know that in order to be strong, sometimes we have to be weak.

Hi Ness,
I am sorry you are feeling down, I am there with you. But we both have wonderful things in our lives and we will come out again, strong and ready to face the world. Please know that I will keep you in my thoughts, prayers and close to my heart. Does your cave have an extra room? LOL..

Love,
Debbie
