It's The Little Things That Count

Hot chocolate with marshmallows from a loving hand when you're feeling down and out.

A warm dachsie's ear that lays across your forehead at 2 a.m. when your head feels like it's jackhammer season.

A call from your college son giving you the low-down on his new classes for the semester and realizing with all he has going on with the countdown to graduation and commissioning, he took the time to rock your world with a phone call.

The smell of a Cinnamon Yankee Candle waifting through the air.

The look of love in someone's eyes who would give his life to take away your pain.

Someone taking the time to leave a comment on your blog.

Knowing that when medicines and humans fail you, there is a God that will get you through the moment.

Happy Wednesday to you.

Dachshunds, blog friends and an amazingly thoughtful son...what more can one woman ask for? (well, maybe a COACH bag but that could just be me!)

I hope, with all my being, that you are feeling well. I hate that you hurt.

Hang in there!
