Movin' Monday

As in movin' out of your comfort zone.

As in "movin' on up to the East Side(think The Jeffersons' theme song.)

I spent yesterday cruising all my blog sites(and you don't EVEN wanna know how many that is and I've done Spring Housecleaning on my blog sites even...)

I have a folder that I put all my "gotta read" blog sites and named it Daily Needs.

My name is Ness and I am a reading blogaholic.

And while cruising yesterday afternoon decided that what better way to start out the week that have a dedicated Monday blog called Movin' Monday.

So on Mondays I'm gonna post one of my "gotta reads" and give you the opportunity to check it out.

If you already drop in there, then birds of a feather flock together and all that jazz.

And if not, consider adding it to your list.

But I gotta tell you WHY this is on my "gotta reads".

The name of the site is called HeartSongs and every Sunday there is the most PHENOMENAL post that is a conglomerate of links that you can go to and just come away with some awesome knowledge and tips.

I look forward to it as much as I did the Sears Christmas catalog.

*sigh* and there's some of you youngsters out there who have no clue what the Sears Christmas catalog was all about. Oh sweet, sweet memories.

Google it. Surely Google has something on the Sears Christmas catalog. It has everything else..

Anyway, check out the Sunday posts on HeartSongs. And the weekly ones aren't bad either. :-)

You'll be glad you did.

Or at least I hope so.

Now I just have to come up with Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday blog specials and I'm set.

Nah, there's a lot to be said for wingin' it and allowing the creative juices to flow. Two special blogs a week is special enough.

It's Monday.

Your mission is to survive it.

Shake your fist at Monday and say it loud and say it proud, "You will not get the best of me. This is 24 hours of my life and I will not let you take it away from me."

And it helps if you belt out "Monday, Monday" by The Mamas and the Papas.

It's a kickin' song.

In my day.

Long, long ago and far away...

Go in peace, my children.

Oh I LOVED the Sears Christmas catalog. I remember pretending that I could have one thing off of each page. What a dreamer!! It also made me think I wanted to work at Sears when I grew up. Well, I did that but it's another story! Thanks for the memory Ness, and the movin' monday.

Ness,

I remember the Sears catalog also. I think I'm older than most people think. Sorry I'm making the rounds so late tonight, but it has been a busy day. I will update about it on my blog in a bit.
