These Things Are Deadly!

You remember I bought one of these at Goodwill a few weeks ago.  It was actually a loveseat and made out to a twin bed sleeper.

Imagine this said sleeper pushed in a corner surrounded by 3 walls so you only had one side of the bed to make it from.

Imagine, if you will, a person with fibromyalgia taking a set of twin sheets because, after all, it was a twin bed sleeper, and attempting to put them on this bed.

What a lesson in futility!

First of all, the bed was closer to a full size than a twin and so after wiggling across the bed(NOT a pretty sight...more like a whale trying to wallow on the bed) I had to surrender and get the only other size of sheets I had available---queen.

They work...a little big but nothing a whole lot of tucking can't take care of...tomorrow.

I am wallowed out for today and my back is crying "uncle".

And I hear the Fibromyalgia Gods are plotting revenge for my transgression.

Well, the bed doesn't make itself and my sidekick is down in So. Illinois visiting his dad, sisters and grandmother and will be bringing Kelli back with him for a few days to get a dress fitted that she will be wearing in a November wedding...yes, we have a hyper bride.  Me, being me, had to get Kelli's bed ready before she got here because I AM the mom and that's what moms do...

I think I will be watching Idol tonight with the Icy Hot at the ready to calm the savage beast of muscles that will be screaming at me.

Bless your heart, I am sorry that the wrestling to get sheets on that thing brought you pain. I can understand, as I have RSD and making beds is no fun.

Hugs and prayers for you!

You wrestled the hidabed and the hidabed won. Best two out of three for the rematch???

Hope you get to feeling better!

Ness, I am aching along with you, dear heart! It's not good to wrestle with a hide-away bed...Seems like the bed ALWAYS wins!

Love you,
Deb
