Roger and I met Peach(Laura) and her sweetheart of a daughter(who reminded me of my daughter Kiereney Jo with a fantastic personality--as I told Laura, as long as they act like they've had raising around others, we've done our job! lol) at Cracker Barrel for supper Sunday night.
Where 2+ hours went I do not know! It was if we had known them forever. We talked about the "nectar of the South"(sweet tea), we talked kids, we talked chocolate, we talked about Caring Bridge kids and Peach and Roger were swapping recipes. Peach is in a serious state of computer withdrawal so send her strong vibes for endurance.
Peach brought me a collectors spoon from Georgia with a Georgia peach on the top of it.
It is phenomenal. I almost slept with it last night. I will always have a spoon in case of a spoon famine. Thank you again, Peach, for my Georgia peach spoon. I love it!
I see a spoon collection in my future. Gonna collect all 50 states or die trying! I've added making a spoon rack for my collection to Roger's to-do list!
It was my first blogger meeting! Peach had the coolest camera so the pics of the event are on her camera and I imagine she'll post them when she gets home.
And hopefully not my last!
Off to PT.
