That's my story and I'm sticking to it...
Grabbed the ole iPod yesterday, put my exercise ball in front of the second story window so I'd have a view and cranked up Eye of the Tiger followed by Wipeout without stopping. Bounce-bounce-bounce, arms swinging up, back, down, sideways. I just got into the music.
After the second song, I realized that word moderation wasn't just created to take up room in the M section of the dictionary so I called it a day.
Felt terrific!
Then came this morning. Roger and I have started walking every morning. It was rainy and cool but we went anyway. By the time I got back I made a motion to move the bouncy ball workout to every other day.
It must not have been exercise because I was having waaay too much fun and exercise can't be fun, can it?
Keep believin' even when it seems impossible. And pray that Michael can get a job before he loses his car and the Army to quit screwing with him telling him he's been put into training classes at Ft. Benning, GA only to withdraw the order. I feel like I'm trying to juggle the lives of 3 kids as balls in the air and the balls are about to crash.
Believe Ness, Believe.

I think we'll always be juggling the worry balls when it comes to our kids. Praying for ALL of you...jj
A day at a time, dear friend. I'm so proud of you with the bouncy ball. I actually have one, too. I need to get mine out.
Eye of the Tiger?!?! LOVE it!!
My dachshund loves my big yoga ball. I kick it and he chases it - what the little guy will do with it I don't he knows, but he tries to round it up really hard. A workout for both of us!
Wising your family luck on the job front.
